With the close relationship created between the McDonald’s crew and customers, we want to welcome Singaporeans back to the restaurants by featuring them and also having them write down their sincere welcome messages to their customers. And because our guests and crew being kept apart for so long, seeing these familiar faces again can be a great source of comfort and cheer.

INSTAGRAM LAUNCH STORY
Our launch Instagram story feature our crews with their messages for their customers. And since it was during the Covid-19 period and we cannot gather them together, we showed them passing their message card from their right to left, giving the impression of all our crews coming together to welcome their customers.
